In late May we sold our first home, a home we cherished so much and built many memories in. However from an unexpected opportunity to relocate we needed to rush to sell our home and pack up, needless to say everything went smoothly and I have to thank our realtor, Mike, for helping us make this transition as easy as possible. From the moment we met with him we knew he was the right fit. Mike is a phenomenal realtor who is fully knowledgeable and organized with a plan for selling every home. Our home was sold fast, efficiently and painless. He put in all the hard work between putting in the hours, keeping us posted through each step and providing us with the details we needed to choosing the right buyer. Of course, this was our first sell and we needed guidance and comfort from the one person we could trust in selling our home. What more can we say, we even had the opportunity to know a little more about him, we know he is a tremendous hard worker and a family man, which helped him understand our needs and our emotional connection to our home.

There’s not enough good things I can say about Michael Furino. As first time home buyers, going through the process of purchasing a home was very intimidating. There are so many moving parts to juggle, you can easily be overwhelmed. Fortunately, Michael made it where we hardly felt any of that pressure! From the very beginning, he made me and my wife feel confident that we will find the right house. Going to open houses and deciding on different towns was made easier because of his insight of the Long Island neighborhoods and overall knowledge of the real estate business. His network of contacts made it easy to find the services we needed to move forward in purchasing the property, there was no service we needed that he didn’t have a contact for. I highly recommend Mike as your realtor. He was great to work with and most importantly, he always made himself available when we needed it.

Mike was the absolute best realtor that I have ever worked with in my life, and truly the reason we got the house of our dreams. Mike was professional, organized, and attentive from the get-go. Whether we found a house or Mike sent us listings, Mike would quickly and efficiently setup a viewing. When picking a house, Mike was never pushy and never had his own agenda - he gave us the space to make the decision that worked best for our family, while being supportive throughout the process. As we got under contract, Mike yet again exceed our expectations, and went above and beyond. He was our go-to person for advice, recommended awesome inspectors, lawyers, etc. for the process, and checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was going smoothly. Mike was truly the best and we couldn't have had a better home-buying experience with anyone but him!

Being a first time home buyer, my wife and I were very apprehensive about starting our home buying journey. Mike made the process so fun and exciting for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about today’s market and knows what it takes to close a deal on a house. Most importantly, he understands that houses are not commodities- they’re your future. Mike’s professionalism, persistence, and consistency is how we closed and moved in to our forever home. It didn’t matter what questions we had or what time we called, he was always there to help. If I could give him 6 stars I would...we wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than Mike.
