I was raised in Mill Valley and have called Marin County home for over 50 years. Marin is unique and varies distinctly from one town to the next. San Rafael alone has over 30 neighborhoods that all have their prominent nuances. I am prepared to discuss all Marin neighborhoods in depth including their schools, weather patterns, commutes, hiking/biking trails, dog parks, festivals as well as other distinct features.

Over the years I have purchased several personal investment properties. I manage the remodels, oversee the progression, and I often undertake the role of property manager. When selling homes my priority is to get the highest possible price and with the most favorable terms, and to have fun while doing it. When not engaged with clients you can find me on my mountain bike, gardening or hiking/exploring (I am a descendant of William Clark from the Lewis & Clark expedition). One of my biggest adventures was backpacking around the world at age 18 for 8 months while working odd jobs along the way. A sizeable portion of my commission is donated to various charities that protect our environment and open space.
