Amber Herendon

I’m a proud Fannin County local. My family moved here when I was 9 years old and it was immediately home. I moved a lot in my late teens and early twenties including New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles. I also traveled all over the world and the only place I wanted to come back to was right here in Blue Ridge. I love everything about our hometown. I love our mountains and rivers and lakes and the people. Some of the best memories in my life are on these back roads and in these mountains. It’s always been home in my heart.

My husband, Jeremy, and I have been married for 17 years. He’s been a builder his whole life and watching and participating in his business also gave me a lot of understanding and love for real estate. He was born and raised here and so are our two children, Natalie and Oliver. Natalie is 16 years old and Oliver is 8. They are my whole world. After battling breast cancer last year, I’ve got an even deeper appreciation for them and my life. I’m incredibly grateful for every moment I have with them and I’m so happy to be able to continue this life.

I was a professional photographer for 12 years and my favorite part was being able to be a small part of the greatest moments of people’s lives, which I’m happy to continue with my real estate clients. I’ve always believed and strived to make every experience with my clients fun, warm and completely stress free. I’m excited to help families find their forever homes in our gorgeous town and begin enjoying our quaint and wonderful way of life.
