Andrew Kraft got his start in real estate in 1987 in Stone Harbor New Jersey. After graduation from college he opened an insurance agency in Jenkintown PA. The agency was sold in 2007 and his career shifted from a part time real estate investor to full time. Since 1999 he has flipped over 100 houses. In addition he is President of AKTI Inc (PA 070263) which is a general contractor and has rehabbed numerous homes as a contractor, 203K project leader and as flips for sale or rental.
