Why do you like working in the real estate industry?
I am a problem solver. I love a challenge, and even more I love making dreams come true. Every Real Estate transaction is unique and brings with it new experiences. To me, I am truly passionate about being a Realtor. I never look at what I do as a job, it is a passion.

Why do you choose to affiliate your business with Duane Realty Group?
The energy as soon as you enter the doors is electric! You are always greeted with warm smiling faces. The culture is that of longevity and success. The ability to have the latest in technology and marketing resources available to ensure professionalism. And NINJA!

What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? What are your greatest strengths as a real estate agent?

I have worked in the industry since 2003. Over the years I have worked as a loan officer, an administrative assistant to multiple agents. I have worked in the title business as well. With all of these different roles, it offers me the ability to educate my clients fully. I can set the expectation from the beginning, as well as prepare them for possible surprises. I am great at communication so my clients know exactly what to expect next.

What do you do to stay up-to-date/knowledgeable about the real estate industry?
I read a lot. I have many fellow Realtor friends as well as lenders that I constantly communicate with. I make it part of my job to get out and network at as many real estate related events as possible. Trends are changing daily.

What did you do before you began working in real estate? Has anything you learned on that/those jobs helped you with your real estate business? If so, what/how?
I worked in business development at a title company. I learned very early on how important it is to build strong, solid relationships with people that share the same mindset as you. This is a service driven industry. The client is always first

Are you involved in any trade/civic or community organizations?
I volunteer throughout the year with our Realtor week of service. I also participate in Blessings in a Backpack as well as feeding families at Kosair Childrens Hospital.


What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Why do you enjoy this?
Believe it or not, yard work. I take pride in a well manicured yard. I am surrounded with neighbors that have adopted this lifestyle as well, so there is always something to do year round. I am a foodie, and I love supporting our local restaurants. Being outside in the summer with my 2 dogs is daily in the spring, summer and fall months
