Carl worked with us for over a year to find the right house in Highlands. His knowledge of the community was very valuable. He was always timely with communication. He always came very prepared with lots of information about the properties and neighborhoods. Since we were out of town, when a property became available we might be interested in he always volunteered to go preview the house if he had not been there before. He sent us videos and pictures and always right away. Outstanding responsiveness.

Carl was great. We were only looking for land, but he did a bunch of homework on our behalf. He new the Highlands area very well. He showed us many lots on two separate outings and ultimately found us just what we were looking for, ultimately in Lake Toxaway. He was easy to talk to and fun to ride around with. He helped us consider things about living in the mountains that we may not have thought about. He made the paperwork a breeze. Thanks Carl!
