Tammy Randles is a mom of two wonderful daughters and is a Louisiana licensed Real Estate Broker with over 19 years of experience in all areas of real estate. Her strengths include team building, strategic planning and business development. Tammy has developed one of the strongest sales teams in the market and as the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 SELA (South East Louisiana), Tammy drives the company to continuously hit new company goals, always raising the bar, and never getting comfortable. The company consistently achieves 50-100 million in sales volume each year and usually exceeds the market average for lowest days on market for company listings. Tammy maintains a personal production of 5 million+ each year and is one of the top 500 agents in the Metro New Orleans area. Many of her sponsored agents within the company perform above the market average for personal sales production. This is due to extensive hands on training and direct leadership from an experienced leadership team.

Tammy, previously served 6 years on the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (NOMAR) Board of Directors, served on the Commercial Division (CID) PR Committee Chair, the NOMAR Education Committee Chair, and is currently involved in the NOMAR MLS advisory committee and the CID membership. She is also a Louisiana Licensed Real Estate Trainer and a graduate of the Louisiana Realtors State Leadership program.

Outside of the real estate community, Tammy has served on the Easter Seals of Louisiana (ESL) Board of Directors, the ESL Governance Committee, The Greater New Orleans Autism Task Force - A collaboration with Easter Seals Louisiana and the Tulane Center for Autism & Related Disorders, and currently serves on the UNITY of New Orleans Board of Directors.
