We first met Christi in 2020. She listed our house at 108 S 11th Street. She directed us on how to get our home ready to show and find the right asking price. The market was hot, and she had a number of potential buyers and negotiated to get the price we wanted. She made everything easy, from how to market the house to closing. So when we began our quest to sell my Mom's home in 2023, she is the only one we called! She took on the project and got to work. She researched history of the house (65 years old, one owner, in Old Town Port A.) She advised us on setting asking price. She would explain the market, give us scenarios (we sold as is), and she advertised the home, and showed it, along with sharing information with others realtors. We had so many questions, from selling an older house, to legal and financial steps. She must have answered hundreds of questions for me! If she didn't know, she would find out and direct the path we needed to follow. She also was kind and patient and worked with the emotional part of selling the family home. And she found buyers who were happy with the home, and gave us the assurance, it would be taken care of. She helped us complete forms and information for closing. We could never thank Christi enough for all her work, extra help, and expertise.
