My name is Arthur Solomon and i am the founder of The Solomon Group.

I have been in the Real Estate Business since 2009 and as a licensed agent since 2014. My team has helped over 750 families with their real estate needs.

My wife Cassandra Solomon is also a licensed agent working with buyers and seller since 2021.
Tim Sisler is a licensed agent and has been on the team since 2019 and in the business since 2015.

Matt Taylor joined the team in 2020 and has been licensed since 2014.

Joyce Webb is our Operations Manager, in our office in North Hampton, and has been with us since 2021.

As a Professional, Full-Time Realtor (since 2014), Landlord (since 2009) and Investor (since 2009) i have been a part of hundreds of transactions. My background is in Construction, Property Improvement, Property Management and Fix-N-Flips. From a very young age i learned value of hard work which is one of the things that i am known for (nickname is "Zoom Zoom"). As they say, "If you want something done, get the busiest person in the room to help you.", i take pride in knowing that i am the hardest worker.

Coming to America from Uzbekistan (Post Soviet Republic) in 2001 has been a huge blessings for my family. We have been able to start with nothing and build a truly passive residual income business - rental properties. Having passive income has changed the trajectory of my family’s life. This is the reason that i became i Realtor, to show others how they can attain their own piece of the American Dream.

I graduated from Troy High School (Troy OH) in 2007 and from Wittenberg University (Springfield OH) in 2011 with intentions of going to Dental School. Plans changed when my family nearly went bankrupt and we needed to resort to real estate as a last resort to make money, to survive. In 2012 i got accepted to the MBA program at The University of Dayton.

Today, my family and I reside in Springfield Oh, Clark County. We love our community, our neighbors and our rich history. My beautiful wife Cassandra and I have a son named Dimitri and daughter Anastasia, three dogs and a sphynx cat. When we are not working we love to be outdoors, exercise, kayak and spend time with family and friends.

I am passionate about giving back to the community which is part of the reason that i volunteer on 2 boards: 1. Clark County Historical Society aka Clark County Heritage Center (since 2016), 2. Benchmark family services, and 3. Inside Out Youth.

As a millennial i understand the importance of knowing how to market your home in all types of medias, traditional and non-traditional. We use the latest, cutting edge technology to expose your home to as many buyers as possible.
