I have been investing and working in the real estate business for over twenty years. This past year, my wife and I were the top producing team in our company with thirty-one transactions. Real estate is our passion, as we love helping others fulfill their dreams. Throughout my career, I have teamed with people to accomplish various goals. I spent the early part of my career consulting on Oracle and SAP technologies for Deloitte and Ernst & Young consulting. I worked with them for over twenty-five years, of which I lived internationally for seven years. What an adventure! The time I spent consulting was my gateway into the real estate market. Twenty years ago, I began focusing on ways to maximize savings and minimize taxes. Since then, my passion and insight have only expanded.

Welcome to real estate, as this has some of the best tax loopholes around! I began by purchasing one rental, then another, another, etc. Now I am close to forty doors today. The decades I spent learning through trial and error about the real estate market have allowed me to become very knowledgeable in the buying, selling, 1031 exchanges, tax loopholes. The truth is real estate is all about wealth creation; there is no better investment on the planet than real estate. Where else are we allowed to depreciate the asset over 27.5 years and take the tax deduction? As it is only on paper, as real estate goes up in value over time, rents go up, someone else is paying your mortgage, and any payment with the bank can be fixed. After fifteen or more years, you own a property that someone else paid for, and now you get to collect all the rents. Today, my wife and I own shy of $8M in properties, and we look to educate and train people on how to become wealthy in real estate.
