A little about me:
I moved to Panama City Beach when I was 12 and my mother opened 3 real estate offices in Bay and Walton County. Since real estate is in my blood, I got my license in 1995 and then my brokers license in 2001. I have sold a lot of properties in Florida and am extremely grateful for all my buyers and sellers for helping my business grow to the size it is today. I take pride in my customer service and 90% of my business is from repeat customers and referrals from them. I have three sons that grew up on the East end of Panama City Beach, now two live in Nashville, and three dogs. I love working, spending time with friends and family and going to Shell Island on our boat.

A little about what I offer to sell your property:
I charge a flat 5% commission that covers everything. Most realtors charge 6% but I treat everyone like a family, so I offer full service at 5%. No additional fees like an admin fees or anything. I do a 6-month listing agreement but do not charge any cancellation fee so you can cancel at any time with no penalty. I get top notch photos and drone photos if it will promote the listing. We do a company wide open house once a month and will be happy to hold one if allowed in the neighborhood. All my signs have my cell number so I can keep track of all activity and can give the caller accurate information. All showing requests come through me and I will request feedback and get to my sellers right away. I send out bi-weekly email blasts and Facebook posts to get your property the most exposure possible.
