In late December we started looking for a house in Biltmore Forest Community which met our needs of having a nice home within walking distance of the stores and amenities. Since we are currently living out of town, Iris went the extra mile to facilitate the buying process for us. She connected us with the inspector, was at the house for the inspection, and helped with negotiating the asking price. It worked out great, and we were able to buy a lovely house. She made the process of buying from out of town easy. I would recommend Iris Zohar to anyone looking for property in the Asheville, NC area.
