We just sold our home (3/2020) and it was so great to work with Karen!
She made us feel comfortable from the beginning with all her marketing efforts and gave us a few suggestions that would help our home look it's best for buyers. She went above and beyond taking care of the house when the military moved us out of state and we couldn't be there in person.
Karen is very professional, personable, and committed to helping you get what you want. I would definitely recommend her and have plans myself to work with her again in the future.

Karen is amazing at what she does! The first time we used her was 5 years ago. My husband and I needed a home quickly and had no idea where to start. We called and lucked up getting Karen. We quickly outgrew our home and knew we needed Karen.
She guided us on what to do to get our home ready and we followed it to a T.
Our home was listed and it was under contract less than 18 hrs of being listed! Karen knows her stuff. She never makes you feel like you are bothering her. She answers her phone, responses to text and emails at al hours. She truly loves her job and puts her whole heart into it.

Hands down the best realtor in the business. She helped me and my wife sell our house in Savannah and then helped us find our dream home in Guyton. She was there every step of the way and would go out of her way to help us if we had any concerns or questions. 10/10 would recommend!
