Angela Barber did a fantastic job selling our condo. She kept us informed of various forms we had to sign. Anytime called her, and I called a good number of times, she was always very friendly and pleasant and never acted like I was a nuisance. It seemed as if I had always known her. Phil Barber was also great to work with. He, like Angela, was always willing to help with any questions I had.We really enjoyed having them as our realtors and would recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Phil Barber on numerous real estate transactions over the past 3 years. He is absolutely one of the most professional and knowledgeable agent I have encountered. We have owned single family rentals for over 20 years. Phil was instrumental with the recent sale of some of those units. Real estate transactions can be a complicated business. Phil helped us maneuver though some sticky situations and we always felt comfortable with his advice.?

Angela was a joy to work with. I called her a number of times and every time I
called she was always cheerful and helpful. She never acted like she was annoyed that I had called. She is one of those rare people who you feel like
you've always known her.
She handled the sale of mom's condo extremely well and emailed me with any
info she had re the sale.
Also, I talked with both her and her husband, Phil, and he was also very nice and helpful.
I really enjoyed the relationship we had with both Angela and Phil.

From day one both Angela and her husband Phil were so much help. From their knowledge of the market all the way to their sincere caring hearts that wanted nothing more than to just help me and my family get into a safe and beautiful home. I am so grateful for having the privilege of working with Angela. She worked day and night to meet our needs and always gave solid and beneficial advice when it came to finding a home, completing a loan, and for possible home repairs needed in the future. 5 stars is definitely an understatement for the amount of work and care she put into working with us. I?ll always be thankful that I met her. Very very highly recommended.
