I am a native Chicagoan who has lived in multiple neighborhoods across the city.This allows me to provide real estate expertise in numerous areas. I have an extensive background in the financial industry, both in equities and commodities. My twenty-five years of experience on both the options and commodities trading floors have honed my skills at quick thinking, problem solving, strategizing and negotiating. My experience on the trading floor has also provided me with a unique understanding of the current financial challenges of being a first-time home buyer. I have the ability to assist new buyers through the labyrinthine and often confusing process of completing a purchase. My background has also proven to be extremely helpful in assisting sellers in marketing their homes. With my trading floor background, I am uniquely qualified to negotiate successful sales. The first step in successfully marketing a home is pricing and working with sellers to arrive at competitive pricing is one of my strengths.
