Joy Wyatt

Born and raised in Metro Atlanta, GA, Joy started her real estate career in September 2018. Later in March 2021, she obtained her Florida real estate license. She has 12 years in property management and leasing administration. Joy attended Savannah State University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Business Administration. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. Being an associate broker and real estate professional is so refreshing and definitely has been life-changing. Joy is currently a Top 10% Producer with Village Premier Collection, and is the owner of an investment property management group, Your Joyful Property Group. She is the 2023 Program Director for the Women’s Council of Realtors- Atlanta Network and a member of the Miami YPN and Georgia YPN. She takes pride in working with her community to assist and spread the knowledge of real estate. She loves working with all types of clients, rather first time homeowners or seasoned investors, to create generational wealth and building legacies with income-producing portfolios.
