Hello, I’m Jeff Johns, a proud resident of Waukesha County with a deep connection to this remarkable area. Having spent most of my life here, I’ve gained a profound appreciation for what makes our community unique, and I understand why people are drawn to call it home.

My wife, Rachel, and I are passionate about real estate as a wealth-building tool. We currently reside in a side-by-side duplex in Waukesha, which marks our third successful venture into owner-occupancy, a strategy commonly referred to as ’House Hacking.’ We firmly believe in the power of real estate as an investment, and we’re equally enthusiastic about helping clients navigate the real estate market, whether they’re investors or not.

Beyond our professional endeavors, we cherish the simple joys of life in Waukesha County. You can often find us walking our dogs around Fowler Lake, boating on Okauchee during the summer, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers during football season.
