Meet Christy Mangum, the hard working leader of The Christy Mangum Team with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston.
Christy and her family moved from Southern Maryland to Clayton, North Carolina in 2014. Coming to an unknown area can often times make for a shaky start to building a new business but she quickly grew her circle of friends and sphere of influence, making the most meaningful connections. Her love for the area helped guide her in the decision to start her real estate career in 2017 so that she may help others make their way to the beautiful area as well. Within her first year she moved to the top ranks within her company, regionally and nationally, becoming one of the areas most trusted, top producing agents and receiving many awards. She continued her professional growth by building a team in 2019 to help other agents grow their businesses as well. Christy and her team service the all of the Research Triangle Park/ Raleigh Triangle and surrounding areas but are hyper-focused in their home town of Clayton.

As a wife, a mother of 3 children, 3 fur babies and a Gigi to two grandsons, she juggles lots of hats but when she does get a little time for rest and relaxation you can always find her poolside or somewhere where the sun is shining as she has an undoubted love for the beach!
