Licensed and practicing real estate full time since 2014 I have been blessed to have gained so much experience in multiple areas of real estate. I started in Santa Rosa, California as a buyer’s agent and worked diligently growing my business and client base. Over the years I learned everything I could about residential real estate. I have taken negotiation and appraisal courses, I have learned the ins and outs of our contracts and how to be a tough negotiator for my clients. I am an advocate for them and for the profession of real estate. I work with many types of clients but I love listing homes! I love the preparation, the strategy, the marketing and negotiations. I know how to analyze investment properties and work closely with investors who buy & hold and flip! I love helping people build wealth through real estate as it’s a journey I am on personally for my family and our future. I work hard, love what I do and know this business thoroughly!
