As an Ocean City native, I witnessed its transformation over the past 3 decades from a quiet beach town to the hottest second home market in the county! My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here most of my life, give me an enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home. Truly, I love Ocean City and I love my job!
After earning my BS from the University of Maryland, I worked my way up through the corporate finance field, but always felt that something was missing. After the birth of our son, I knew exactly what I had been feeling all those years - my family and the beach! Since moving back home to Ocean City with my wife and son, I have loved every minute of making memories with them as well as the rest of my family who also all live on the island. That’s what Ocean City is all about!
When I got settled, I shifted careers to put my greatest strengths to work to help others. My ability to analyze data and communicate clearly have allowed me to be the creative problem solver that my clients need. After seeing so many struggle with making their dream a reality, I created a novel solution that allows my clients to buy properties that maximize their rental income and, if they already own here in town, to "upgrade" in size and/or location while keeping their cash flow the same - or even increasing it! All of this while making sure they get ample family time in their new home. In my first year, I grossed over $8M in sales and, more importantly, helped 15 families achieve their dream.
When I’m not helping clients, you can find me making the most of island life (surfing, paddle boarding, boating) and spending time with my family and friends.
