We found Bill while we were looking for a house to purchase in Long Island. Bill is very knowledgeable, personable and responsive. He is very easy to talk to and if he doesn’t know something, he will admit it and will find out. He was able to guide us through the process and we felt very confident in his abilities. We were able to close within 60 days and felt that it went very smooth.

Back in January, we decided to sell our co-op at Laurelton Gardens. We lived in the community for several years and felt it was time for a change. We spoke to several realtors but we didn't connect with any of them, quite a few were dismissive because it was a co-op and not a private home. Rosedale ,Queens is a great tree line community with great schools and local shops. We were walking distance from transportation and a 20-25 minute LIRR ride into the city. William answered all our questions and didn't rush the sale. Instead he guided us through the entire process. I would recommend William 100 times over. It was a pleasure working with him without feeling pressured and anxious throughout the process.

When the right one did come he negotiated on our behalf and got us the house , even thought we were not the highest bidder. We actually love this guy.
