How much do our services cost?

For Sellers: Free 360 degree tour, Free 3D Dollhouse Model, Free 2D Blueprint, as low as 2% Commission if we represent both Seller & Buyer, as low as 4.5% if the Buyer brings their own agent. The normal real estate agency charges sellers 6%.

We always represent Buyers at no cost to the Buyer.
